Bruce Morgan

Bruce Morgan is the current Emergency Management PSPS Coordinator at Rolling Start Inc. He is currently working to help make sure people with disabilities and those who need electric power for Assistive Technology sign up for the So Cal Edison medical baseline program, Receive Back-up Batteries and is the instructor for the Family Disaster training classes. After some time working for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration he graduated from the Washington State Fire Training Center certifying in marine firefighting. Bruce has been working with the elderly and disabled communities for over 20 years. He has previously worked as the Manager of a Skilled Nursing Transitions Program, Behavioral Health Day Program and Supportive Employment Programs for Developmentally Disabled Adults. He has been a Nationally Certified Emergency Medical Technician and is currently a First Aid CPR Instructor.
