A 10-session seminar that offers a unique opportunity for individuals with traumatic brain injuries in San Bernardino County to gain valuable skills and support for their recovery journey. The seminar series is designed to empower participants through practical, interactive sessions that cover essential topics like goal setting, building a strong support network, managing stress, healthy communication, advocacy, and more.

Each session is carefully structured to help individuals navigate the challenges of brain injury recovery and build confidence in their ability to lead independent, fulfilling lives. By the end of the series, participants will have the tools they need to advocate for themselves and stay on course with their long-term wellness goals.
