Guide to Disaster Preparedness

The Rolling Start Disaster Preparedness Program was created to improve Consumer knowledge of disasters and the emergency preparedness of the population RSI Serves in California. RSI staff seeks to increase public awareness and assists consumers with the creation of their own personalized Family Disaster plans.

The Program also assists consumers that use electrically powered medical devices to be ready for Public Safety Power Shut-Off (PSPS) events and other disasters that cause power outages that could place consumers at risk.
