The October Calendar Is Here

October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM)!

This is a time to recognize the importance of inclusion, equity, and accessibility in the workplace. By promoting opportunities for workers with disabilities, we help strengthen our communities and create pathways to independence.

At Rolling Start, we’re empowering individuals with visible and invisible disabilities through a full month of in-person and virtual events at our San Bernardino and Victorville offices, and online. From employment-focused workshops to community-building activities, there is something for everyone.

Register for any of our events on our calendar at rollingstart.com/calendar and join us in building a workforce that values diversity, independence, and connection.

If you live with a disability, we invite you to become a Rolling Start consumer. You’ll gain access to services, support, inclusive events, and food distributions when available. Your independence matters and we’re here to support your journey in life and employment.

Want to help make a difference? Donate or volunteer to empower people with disabilities to live and work fully and independently.
