This month’s Wheelchair User Support Group will feature special guests Jiesyl Rama and James Krause, co-owners of Ageless Strength & Fitness LLC. Both are strength and conditioning coaches dedicated to adaptive fitness, resilience, and long-term wellness for people of all abilities. Their work focuses on creating supportive environments where individuals feel empowered to build strength safely, develop confidence, and make sustainable progress.
Jiesyl Rama brings lived experience as an adaptive athlete and multi-sport competitor, including competitive rugby and wheelchair basketball. Her coaching emphasizes resilience, empowerment, and long-term development, supported by collaboration with medical and sport professionals to provide well-rounded care for athletes.

James Krause specializes in pain-free performance and long-term athlete development. His philosophy centers on meeting people where they are in their fitness journey, prioritizing movement quality, steady progress, and lifelong health so strength can grow at any level of ability.
During this session, Jiesyl and James will share insight into adaptive fitness, practical strategies for building strength, and the role community plays in personal wellness. Whether you’re looking for encouragement, information, or connection, this group offers a space to learn, grow, and belong.
